2. Our services

We provide web design, web development, e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing and related design services. The details of each project, including scope, features and timeline, are described in the written quote or agreement we share with you.

3. Quotes, pricing and payments

• Prices on our website are starting prices. The final price is the fixed quote we send after understanding your requirements.
• Payment terms, such as advance payment and milestones, are stated in your written quote.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices may be subject to applicable taxes.
• Third-party costs, such as domain names, hosting, premium plugins, themes and advertising budgets, are paid separately unless the quote says otherwise.
• Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide the content, images, logos and information we need on time.
• Make sure you have the right to use everything you give us.
• Review our work and give feedback promptly. Delays on your side may move the delivery date.

5. Timelines and revisions

Timelines depend on the scope of the project and on timely feedback and content from you. Each package or quote includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional changes may be charged.

6. Intellectual property

• After full payment, you own the final design and code we create specifically for you.
• Third-party items such as stock images, fonts, plugins, themes and libraries remain under their own licences.
• Unless you ask us not to, we may show your finished project in our portfolio.

7. Third-party services

Your project may depend on services we do not control, such as hosting providers, payment gateways, domain registrars and ad platforms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or fees.

8. Support and maintenance

Each package includes the support period stated in it. After that, ongoing updates, backups and fixes are available through a monthly support plan or on an hourly basis.

9. Use of our website

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to break its security, send spam through our forms, or use it for anything unlawful.

10. No guarantee of results

We use proven methods, but results such as Google rankings, website traffic and sales depend on many factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee any specific ranking or revenue.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

12. Termination

Either party may end a project by written notice. You will pay for work completed up to that point. Any advance payment for work not yet started will be handled as stated in the quote.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts at our registered location.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
